PGPD Investigates Homicide in Langley Park

The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a homicide in Langley Park. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in this case. 

On November 1, 2015, at about 1:00 am, patrol officers were called to the 2300 block of University Boulevard for a stabbing. When they arrived, they found a man outside suffering from stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A second victim with stab wounds was found nearby. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The preliminary investigation reveals the two men had been hanging out behind a row of businesses when they were approached by the suspect(s) and stabbed. 

Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) and motive in this case. 

The name of the victim will be released once his family is notified.
